Four Fun Filled Months!

I can't believe my baby is already four months old! Man time goes way too fast when you don't want it to! Here are his cute little four month photos! He may not appreciate the Pampers Photos when he grows up...but I sure do! :) There is nothing cuter than a naked baby!

Christmas is coming....

I don't know about you, but it sure seems like Christmas has come awfully fast this year! I have been rushing around trying to make last minute preparations before we make our way to Kansas. In all the rushing we did manage to take some photos. I will be sending out Christmas Cards...hopefully soon. So here is a sneak peak. Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving in Minneapolis, Minnesota with family. We had a lovely time with family and the spirit of Thanksgiving. We are so grateful for the many blessings we have been given in our lives. At this time of year we often think of the many things we are thankful for. Having a family that cares for me is one of the most important things I am thankful for. Watching each family member in the way they interact with one another and how their personalities come out in a family gathering is fun to behold. Little Rachel and Aiden played so well together. The basement looked like an explosion happened with all the fun Rachel and Aiden and Gavin had, but they will not remember the mess, they will remember the fun. Dianna brought "Guitar Hero" and we had a really fun time playing that game. No one will remember how bad we played or how bad we sang, they will just remember how much fun we had together as a family. The food was wonderful but the company was priceless.

Here are a few pics of the big three months. I finally caught the tail end of a few smiles. He was just being too cute today so I thought I'd share the magic with you.

Nearly 3 months!

In keeping with the tradition, here are this weeks photos of our new little bundle. He is quite a smiley boy...especially when we change his diaper! It is so funny. He still won't cooperate when I try to take his picture. As soon as I put the camera down he will smile at me...go figure.

Halloween Fun

Chad and I went to a party this weekend and wanted to share a few of the photos of the fun we had. Below are some pictures of us and the products of our spam carving contest. Our team won 1st place! :) You should have seen all of the looks Chad and I received as we made a last minute errand to Wal-Mart in our costumes. It was great.

In Demand

I have been asked this week by both grandmas if I have added photos to the blog. So as requested, here is Elijah at two months. He has grown so much. I took him to the doctor yesterday because he has a little eye infection. He weighed in at 11.5 pounds. I told Chad I was sad about how fast he is growing and his reply was, "he can't stay little forever." I am enjoying him so much. He has become quite a bit more alert and has begun to make cute little noises. He loves to be held. We just bought a nice new fancy swing and he hates it. :( That translates into I don't get as much done as I would like. Don't tell Chad, but I secretly love it...he's only little once. And as I have stated I am sad at how fast he is growing and changing. I have included a short video of him. If you want to turn off the music on the blog just press pause on the music player. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to take family photos while everyone was in town for Elijah's baby blessing on September 28th. We missed seeing Erin & Becca with the kids but appreciate them loaning their husbands to us for this special event!
